>>CINDY BRUBAKER: The Doctor of Nursing Practice Leadership degree was developed for nurses who desire to become CNOs, or CEOs, so that they have the advanced knowledge and skills that they’ll need to be successful in that job.

>>MOLLY CLUSKEY: Small class sizes allow me to get to know each of the students in the class, and it allows the students to get to know each other and interact with each other.

>>FRANCESCA ARMMER: We really are partners in learning, and in graduate education, what we know is the student brings, in graduate education and expertise, a wealth that is ready to be shared with others. It’s a growth experience for all of us.

BRIDGET WELKER: The students love our shadow help, they love our theory, they love that we’re so receptive to them, they love that they can access us pretty much anytime they need to, you know, via email. They love that we’re flexible because life isn’t always what we want it to be, you know, things happen.

RACHEL BORTON: Here at Bradley, we utilize our digital avatars, so that’s something that’s specific to our program that really helps with health assessment and getting you comfortable with performing those techniques and skills that you’re learning before you get out in the field and practice with your preceptors.

FRANCESCA: You’re not alone being successful, we’re going to work with you, we’re going to partner with you, you’re going to earn your grades, but you’re also going to be able to know that you have a support system at Bradley University that is designed for success.
